Significantly lighter than our legacy machines, the Sidewinder is designed to be towable behind a heavy duty pickup or tree service truck, with hitch options of ball or pintle bumper tow, weighing approximately 16,000 pounds. This new benchmark combination of portability, capability and versatility is unrivaled in the industry.

The Sidewinder AP-50 can easily and safely grind lawn clippings, leaves, land clearing, construction/demolition waste, logging slash, stumps, log yard waste, railroad ties, storm waste, tropical (palm and palmetto) waste etc. It is also designed with many of the same features and benefits as our large machines, with the same technologies and capabilities built in, such as sharing cutter disc blades and technology, ease of handling contaminated material, and low relative fuel burn / yard of material processed and machine hours of operation.
